We are receiving the telephonic conversation form your quality department head on behalf of company but he is not sending written email. Is he authorized to do this communication on behalf dial4trade Directors?

He is continuously calling and try to convince us with false statements. 

I will not accept any telephonic conversation further send communication on the email.

Your company employee issue is your internal issue. You appoint him on company head/manager position and provide him all email authority with all mind presence.you have all his details to contact him and do the needful. 

Your company has received the payment in company account and not employee account. You can’t hold my company money for his presence, We expect professional and fruitful behavior from you.

Your company have all the records on email and account to verify. There was clear emails sent from and to the your company email addresses to your business and account for the complentory services as told to us.

We remind in emails  that these are complementary services and you haven’t replied and said it’s not complementary its paid services that shows your acceptance for the complementary services.

There are multiple email so you cannot give excuse of system issue or error or email issue. Your team purposefully not replied and clarified to keep the customer engage in complementary services.  

Please do the Communication in email as professional company. Don’t call continuously because your employee convince and promises on telephonic calls different and sending emails with hide points.looking for any positive and helpful response for refunding the my money.
